The Blueprint Experience
Authentic feedback. Real relationships. Stronger connections.
I recently relocated to the Miami Market and was looking to expand my network in Commercial Real Estate. The Blueprint Collective platform connects like minded and motivated individuals who openly share and discuss business ideas. Blueprint does an excellent job in curating attendees to come together in an intimate setting while enjoying the Miami atmosphere.
- Andrew Dale, Investment Manager at Cortland
I attended my first Blueprint Collective dinner, which was easily one of the best networking events I have attended. The intimate format creates a comfortable space for intentional and thoughtful conversations. Given the time that the Blueprint Board spends carefully curating each event, each attendee leaves having made meaningful connections with other powerhouse individuals within the real estate industry.
- Amanda Slemaker, Sr. VP Commercial Insurance Advisor at Brown & Brown
Blueprint Collective delivers on its mission: Smaller rooms. Stronger connections. Under Leo Everson’s leadership, the group brings together a thoughtful, collaborative mix of talented professionals in an intimate and engaging setting designed for genuine connection and idea sharing. My experience went beyond building business relationships. We had the space to talk about family, personal growth and life goals. If you have the opportunity to attend a Blueprint Collective event, clear your schedule and make it happen. It’s well worth it.
- Robert Richter , Sr. VP of Development at Becknell Industrial
Blueprint Collective; just those two words together, it gets your head thinking… what is that? I’d be happy to give you a little insight; it’s a special thing. This is top shelf level kind of people! Decision makers from all directions of the commercial real estate industry. They genuinely understand and care about fostering strong connections with like-minded people, who have real lives, real responsibilities, forecast the future with intent, enjoy hustling to provide for their families, are relatable, and certainly enjoy sharing a delicious meal. It’s a perfect mold, and no I don’t mean microbial growth… if your intention is to meet new people, move the needle in your business, you have an honest word, and care about what you do. Then the Blueprint Collective is something you should be and want to be apart of! HUGE shoutouts to Leo Everson and Jonathan Mazzarella for helping organize and run this dinner event. Those two are world class individuals that we would trust with down right anything!
- Keith Lawson & Alexa Rubin , Account Managers at Belfor Property Restoration
The Blueprint Dinner Series I attended was exceptional — great atmosphere, meaningful conversations, and an impressive group of South Florida CRE professionals all in one room. Huge thank you to BELFOR Property Restoration for sponsoring the evening, and a shoutout to Blueprint for masterminding something truly special. The vision is what makes these events stand out.
- Luis G. Zavala, Sr. Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield
I got an invite to my first outing with the Blueprint Collective team for a building tour of a new high-rise in downtown Fort Lauderdale, and I honestly expected to show up to a big crowd of people like most tours are. To my surprise, it was an intimate group of just a handful of people, which frankly, was awesome. We got a private tour with the developer, Gables, and were able to connect with some fantastic people in our industry in a small setting — something that’s hard to come by in South Florida. It was well worth the time we spent hanging out together. Looking forward to the next event.
- Dan Huettenmoser, Sr. Project Manager at Arco Murray
Being part of the Blueprint Collective has elevated my commercial real estate network by replacing surface-level encounters with truly meaningful, curated connections. Every gathering feels intentional and impactful, leading to real relationships and opportunities that simply don’t happen at many traditional industry events.
